Principal Wendy Lu established Young and Success with 3 main objectives:

1. To help businesses to get started with clear objectives, an understanding of tax and compliance commitments, and ongoing support where and when needed.
2. To help established businesses to stay established, profitable, and current in the New Zealand Market and abroad.
3. To help owners understand their business and connect with other people who can help their business to thrive and grow.

Originally from Taiwan, Wendy has been looking after clients here and overseas since 2001, and while she enjoys looking after clients with business interests in multiple countries, she also loves looking after the good Kiwi businesses that make up the bulk of her client base.

Wendy and her team are based in Christchurch and have clients from all over New Zealand and around the World.
